At Malibu Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return Address (UK Only)
All returns must be sent to a UK return address. Details of the return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable. We also cannot provide returns on items that are purchased via a gift card.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve this quickly, including covering return shipping where applicable.
